Ubuntu 18.xのPerlディレクトリに "core"モジュールが見つかりません。

nginxをコンパイルしようとしています...設定は問題ないようですが、makeと入力すると次のエラーが発生します。

だからエラーは-lperlが見つかりません

/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl/5.26/問題はディレクトリがないようですCORE。 Ubuntu Server 18.0を使用していますが、アップデートとアップグレードを行いましたが、アップデート方法が見つかりません...
