依存関係問題なく最新のDockerバージョンをインストールする方法

rhel 7.5 バージョンに docker をインストールするには、次の内容を準備します。

（リストからhttps://download.docker.com/linux/centos/7/x86_64/stable/Packages/）、そして最新情報のみ
