macos big sur ネットワークの問題

MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019)最新バージョンにアップデートしたmacOS Big Sur - 11.3 (20E232)直後、次のようないくつかのネットワーク問題が発生し始めました。

多くのアプリが非常に遅く（約1〜2分）開かれ、確かに以前ほど速くはなく（1〜2秒）、App Store開かれません。
