Linux Ubuntu 20.04 LTSでファイルを生成できません。

流体シミュレーションソフトウェアをインストールしようとしています（https://github.com/cwrowley/ibpm）。すべての依存関係がインストールされており、makeコマンドを実行する準備が整いました。これは端末から受け取ったエラーです。

また、親ディレクトリのMakefileも確認しました。 Makefileの内容は次のとおりです。

不足している区切り文字が何であるかわかりません。

make.inc ファイルは make.inc.gcc に関連付けられます。 make.inc.gccの内容は次のとおりです。
