`ratpoison`はキリル文字のキーボードコマンドを受け入れません。

キーボードレイアウトをキリル文字に切り替えた後

setxkbmap -layout "us,bg(phonetic)" -option "grp:alt_shift_toggle"

ratpoisonキーを押す認識を停止し、状態のみを認識します。

ただし、端末に切り替えて同じキーを押すと、入力は完了してцバインドされます~/.ratpoisonrc。
