Ubuntuのアップグレード後にファイルシステムをエンコードするためのPythonコーデックを取得できません。

Ubuntu 23.04にアップグレードした後、Pythonのインストールが機能しなくなりました。

「Running Poems」は以下を提供します。

• Pythonの再インストール
• 設定解除PYTHONHOMEとPYTHONPATH
