私はArchでLAMPを実行しており、gitwebをApacheで実行したいと思います。以下の指示に従ってください。https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Gitwebしかし、gitwebディレクトリ（ここlocalhost/~myuser/gitweb）では次のようになります。

同じエラーが発生し、perl-cgiパッケージをインストールして解決しました。

$ sudo pacman -S perl-cgi

失敗したスクリプトを直接実行してデバッグしました。

$ cd /usr/share/gitweb/ 
$ ./gitweb.cgi
Can't locate CGI.pm in @INC (you may need to install the CGI module)(@INC contains: /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl /usr/share/perl5/site_perl /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/lib/perl5/core_perl /usr/share/perl5/core_perl .) at ./gitweb.cgi line 13.
