xinetd apache2-proxy サービスは利用できません

ファイル共有サービスを使用していますF*EX フロント*外部。 aなしでサービスを実行すると、proxyそのサービスにアクセスして機能します。このサービスはによって制御されますxinetd。これで、apache2プロキシとして実行され、リダイレクトされるように設定されていますが、port 443サービスにアクセスできません。 xinetdからエラーメッセージ、またはapache2からエラーメッセージが受信されません。

出力netstat -tulpnq：
