エラーコードは、49パスワードが間違っていることを意味します! crypt-hashを作成するときに同じパスワードを入力したことを確認してください。おそらくこの部分をデバッグし、次にハッシュの代わりにプレーンテキストパスワードを使用したいと思うかもしれませんslapd.conf
