resources.listにリポジトリを追加するときにUbuntuリポジトリへのセキュア接続を使用するためのURLを追加しましたが、リポジトリhttpsはTLSを介したセキュア接続をサポートしません。彼らはすべてのパッケージがすでに署名されていれば十分だと思うので、httpそれを使うべきです。

これは、aptがTLSを介した接続をサポートしていないという意味ではありません。ただし、特定のリポジトリはとにかくTLS接続をサポートしていません。ブラウザでURLを試すことでこれを確認できます。
