pipでpywfdbのインストール失敗の問題を解決するには？

条件：diffpywfdbからライブラリ/モジュールのインストールを除外できませんでした。条件：除外された依存関係が失敗しました：/ Ubuntuのデザインバグpip

• pip search wfdb与えられたので、pywfdb (0.1.1) - Python interface to WFDB library利用可能なモジュールも含まれていることを願っていますimport。
• find /usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages -name '*wfdb*'空白を返します。
• pip list |grep wfdb空白を返します。
• pip show pywfdb空白を返します。

• /usr/lib/python<version>/site-packages説明どおりにインストールされていないため、通常のPythonパッケージのようにインストールされません。ここ/usr/local/lib/python2.7/;すべてのディレクトリ（および）を検索しました/usr/local/lib/python3.5/。

• dist-packagesベースではない回答。コマンドはls /usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/ | grep wfdb空白を返します。
